Hydrogel Sports Jelly Plus+ delivers 30g of carbohydrates, in theory you could have 2-3 Mountain Fuel Sport Jelly+ an hour depending on your biological tolerance and make up, however, as many athletes will be utilising the rest of the Mountain Fuel system, or taking on board other snacks, foods, and/or fluids, it is advisable to test what works for you in training. Aiming for around 60g of carbs an hour is a sensible guide, particularly for longer races. For short races and depending on intensity you may simply take one Mountain Fuel Sports Jelly Plus+ every 30-60 minutes.
Xtreme Energy Fuel mix one sachet with 500 to 750ml of water and use before and during your event/activity and during training. Xtreme Energy Fuel will fuel you for 1 to 2 hours depending on intensity
Feel Good Bar are made with a premium blend of functional, not ‘faddy’ ingredients that deliver results.
Ultimate Recovery provides 13g of protein, just add milk (cows, soya or almond) or water, mix it up and sip, enjoy and recover. Best results use a mixer bottle.
