How does it work?Active Root use a high gingerol compound ginger that not only tastes great but makes a genuine difference to how you feel during exercise. Each serving contains 32.5g of carbohydrate and 240mg of sea salt... Cane sugar is a lower GI index carb and is a slower burn fuel compared to other carbs such as maltodextrin, glucose and fructose. Slower burn carbs will help sustain you for longer and help avoid sugar highs and crashes. Sea salt also retains essential elements magnesium, chloride and potassium.
