While using the arm strap may slightly reduce the accuracy of core temperature readings, since the arm doesn’t regulate temperature as consistently as the torso, it’s a convenient alternative when ultra-precise readings aren’t essential. It's particularly useful during lower-intensity sessions or daily monitoring when comfort and ease take priority.
