How do I join XPlus+?
Simply click the “Subscribe” button on this page. During checkout, you’ll complete your membership purchase. Once you’re signed up, you can find your XPlus+ membership details in your account.
Will additional benefits be introduced for XPlus+ members?
Yes. We’re continually working to expand the benefits available to XPlus+ members.
Can I cancel my XPlus+ membership early, and will I get a refund?
If you decide to cancel, your membership will remain active until its renewal date. There are no partial refunds for cancelling early, but you can continue to enjoy all benefits until the end of your current term.
Is XPlus+ available to everyone?
Currently, XPlus+ is available to all UK customers. Free priority shipping is limited to eligible UK addresses only.
What type of shipping is included with XPlus+?
As an XPlus+ member, you’ll enjoy free priority shipping on all orders to eligible UK addresses. Your order will be sent Tracked 24 with Royal Mail, at no extra cost.
Can I use my XPlus+ membership for multiple accounts?
No. XPlus+ membership is intended for individual use only. If you need additional memberships for family or team members, each account will need its own membership.
Accidentally purchased an XPlus+ membership?
No worries. Contact us within 48 hours and we can review and process a refund for accidental membership purchases. We reserve the right to review and refund memberships for any accounts that are found to be abusing XPlus+ terms and conditions.
