Product Description

RACE DAY

Mix 1 x Hydration Sachet with 500ml of water. Drink half a bottle with your breakfast, and the other half 30 minutes before the marathon.

Mix another 1 x Hydration Sachet with 500ml of water. Drink during race.

Take 1 x Energy Gel on the start line of your marathon.

4 HOUR RUNNER = 1 x TORQ Energy Gel every 35 minutes (7 total)
3:30 HOUR RUNNER = 1 x TORQ Energy Gel every 30 minutes (7 total)
3 HOUR RUNNER = 1 x TORQ Energy Gel every 25 minutes. (7 total)
2:30 HOUR RUNER = 1 x TORQ Energy Gel every 20 minutes (6 total)
