DISCOVER MORE ABOUT FORM Built to perform

FORM’s founder and CEO, Dan Eisenhardt, swam competitively for 14 years before starting his career as a sports technology entrepreneur. Before FORM, he co-founded and ran Recon Instruments, which shipped the world's first smart eyewear for sports and was acquired by Intel in 2015. At FORM, Dan is joined by a team of industry leaders with decades of combined expertise in sports eyewear design, activity-tracking algorithms, and augmented reality optics.

Creating the FORM Smart Swim Goggles was never the end goal—it was only the beginning. Now, swimmers at any skill level can be guided and motivated through an immersive swimming experience with real-time metrics and Workouts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Get the most out of your Smart Goggles

HOW DURABLE ARE THE FORM GOGGLES?

The FORM goggles are built to last. They’re made using industry-leading manufacturing processes and high-grade materials, including silicone eye seals and the same chemical-resistant anti-fog technology used in diving masks. Each pair is covered under a two-year limited warranty.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PHONE NEAR THE GOGGLES WHILE SWIMMING?

No! You don't need your phone nearby while you swim in order for the goggles to work. The goggles record your swim and then you can sync it to the FORM app on your phone at your convenience.

CAN I EDIT MY SWIM DATA?

Once the data from your swim is synced from your goggles to the app, the data cannot be edited or modified. If the data seems incorrect, you can find information on why this might have happened via FORMS website. If you wish to flag an error in the data, you can tap the three dots in the top right corner of your swim, then "Report an error". Please include as much detail as possible.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY GOGGLES?

After every swim, rinse goggles in fresh water after every swim. Store your goggles in their case after swimming to prevent scratches and, when convenient, open the case to allow the goggles to fully air dry. The goggles should not be exposed to any extreme temperatures or left in direct sunlight. Do not take the goggles into saunas, steam rooms or hot tubs. Exposure to these environments may cause permanent damage.
