I started my journey back in 2007 as an IT Professional. Unhappy with my weight, I began running. Competing in my first race, a 10K, and two months after starting I never looked back. In 2009, I competed in my first marathon and kept going to compete in my first Ultra during 2011. 

After my time spent racing around the world, I decided to take the big step in changing professions to become a Nutrition Advisor. I got my Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, and Nutrition Specialist Diploma. Inspired by my journey and wanting to share his knowledge, I opened up XMiles in 2014...

I have run the London Marathon in under 2:20 four times, breaking the Commonwealth Games qualifying time of 2:17 for the first time in 2014. I currently hold the British 100km record, after winning the 2014 British Championship in a time of 6:19:20.
