WHEN TO USE?

Pre-Event or Training
Consume a 32Gi® Sports Gel 15 minutes prior to the start of a high intensity session & continue to consume every 45 minutes or as required.

During Events & Training
Consume a 32Gi® Sports Gel every 45 minutes or as required (Recommended 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour of exercise).

*Take care to keep well hydrated, using either 32Gi® Endure Sports Drink, 32Gi® Hydrate, or water.
