CORE 2 Trade-Up Program

Between 25th March and 30th June, CORE 1 owners have the opportunity to trade in their old device and receive 30% off an upgrade to the new CORE 2.

How Does the Trade-Up Work?

We’re making it simple for you to upgrade:

1. Check Your Device: Your CORE 1 must be in working order (powers on and connects to the app).
2. Register Your Interest: Contact us with your order details and proof of purchase to be added to our priority list.
3. Trade-In Process: Once our CORE 2 stock arrives, we’ll contact you with instructions to complete your trade-in and receive your 30% discount.

⏳ This offer ends 30th June 2025, and discount codes will expire on 31st July 2025.

Important Details

Who can participate?

• You can trade up if you originally purchased your CORE 1 device from XMiles, either in-store or via our website.
• Devices purchased at a discount greater than 30%, or those provided to ambassadors/reviewers for free, are not eligible for this trade-up programme.

How long does the offer last?

• We will accept trade-up requests from 25th March to 30th June.
• Customers can complete their discounted CORE 2 purchase up until 31st July.
• After this period, we may continue trade-ups, but no compensatory credit will be offered.

What happens to my old sensor?

• Once traded in, we will log the serial number and images before sending instructions to either return the device to CORE or recycle it.
• If CORE requests a return, they will cover the shipping costs.
