DAY BEFORE Mix a Drink Mix 320 with 500ml of water. Drink throughout the day. We have also included a Solid 160 to have as a snack in the late afternoon. RACE DAY Mix another Drink Mix 320 with 500ml of water. Drink half a bottle with your breakfast, and the other half 30 minutes before the marathon. Drink water or alternative electrolytes during the race. Maintain a strategy of taking on one GEL 100 every 6km.
