Description

The streamlined design makes it an excellent option for spring and autumn conditions, or even higher-intensity sessions where temperature regulation is key.

Breathability is a priority, and this headband delivers. Its wicking fabric actively draws sweat away from your skin, helping you stay dry and focused while training. Whether you're heading out for a long run, interval session or just warming up, the headband’s performance fabrics ensure maximum comfort with minimal weight.

Ronhill’s commitment to sustainable design shows here too. By using recycled yarns, this headband not only supports your running performance but also reduces environmental impact. It’s a small, purposeful piece of kit designed to make a difference – for both you and the planet.

If you’re looking for a no-fuss, highly functional headband to add to your kit, this is a must-have. Slip it on and stay cool, comfortable, and focused – whatever your pace or conditions.

How does it work

The Ronhill Lightweight Headband uses performance-focused, recycled polyester to deliver a breathable and sweat-wicking barrier. The fibres pull moisture from your skin to the fabric’s surface, where it evaporates quickly, helping regulate temperature while preventing excess heat buildup. Its soft, stretch-fit profile ensures it stays in place without feeling tight, making it perfect for fast-paced efforts or everyday training.

Whether you're tackling a 5K or a long run, the headband works with your body to maintain comfort and control moisture so you can stay focused on the miles ahead.

About Ronhill

Dr Ron Hill MBE founded the brand in September 1970, five months after becoming the first Briton to win the Boston Marathon in a record time of 2:10:30. His sole purpose: to produce kit that kept him winning.

Dr Ron gained a PhD in Textile Chemistry, from the University of Manchester and through alchemy and his art as a runner, began to rethink the fly-by-night running kit of the time. After winning the Commonwealth Games in 1970 he developed the ‘side-split short’ which famously become the Freedom Short and the Mesh Vest - both having accompanied him to his greatest victories on the road.

Ronhill is proud of our founder and the heritage he has allowed. His lifelong passion of running and improvement is shared within the team and products we produce today. With 50 years of retrospect, Ronhill has benefited from the experiential learning and change that has occurred within running – from its sporting roots, to a lifestyle and universal culture.

Our purpose now is to make a better future for today’s runner by sustainably developing the elements of our past.
