PH 1500 is designed to help you start optimally hydrated, particularly if you are a heavy or salty sweater. Delivering 1,500mg of sodium per litre when mixed as directed, it is typically used before intense sessions or races.

The Electrolyte Capsules give you added flexibility, with 250mg of sodium per capsule, ideal when carrying fluids is not practical or when you need to fine tune your intake. Everything is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and independently batch tested to Informed Sport standards.
