DOSING GUIDELINES

The Race Day Pack offers everything runners need for optimal performance and recovery. This pack includes 4 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shots, 2 x Beet IT Regen Cherry+ Shots and 4 x Beet IT Top Up 100 Gels.

4-DAY PLAN

Consume 1 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shot, two to three hours before exercise, and up to 4 days before competition. This can help to reduce the oxygen cost of exercise, meaning the muscles need less oxygen to maintain a given work rate, thereby improving exercise efficiency, fatigue resistance and exercise performance.

During your race, consume 1 x Beet IT Top Up 100 Gel every 30-minutes.

Consume 1 x Beet IT Regen Cherry+ Shot immediately after your race and 1 on the day after.
