Cordyceps, is a fungus that grows in high altitude regions, and has been used for centuries in traditional Eastern medicine for its potential health benefits, thought to improve oxygen utilisation.

Puresport’s Cordyceps deliver a high strength and organic certified Cordyceps sinensis mycelium extract. Recent research into Cordyceps has indicated supplementation may improve cardiovascular performance. Specifically it may influence the production and utilisation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Cordyceps may also increase energy levels, but further research is required. 

Tongkat Ali is a herb (also known as Longjack or Eurycoma longifolia), used in traditional medicine in South East Asia.
