Is the discount applied automatically?
Yes – no code required. Once you’ve added 6+ eligible items, the discount appears in your basket.
What are the discount tiers?
You’ll save more as you add more: 6+ items = tier 1, 12+ = tier 2, and 24+ = tier 3.
Do Mix and Match items qualify for free shipping?
Yes, they contribute towards your order total for free shipping, just like any other item.
Can I return Mix and Match items?
Yes, as long as the products are unopened and returned within our standard return window.

How do I set up a subscription?
Select your flavour and quantity, choose "Subscribe & Save", pick a delivery frequency, and checkout as normal.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes! Head to ‘My Account’ → ‘Subscriptions’ to skip deliveries, add/change products, update frequency, or cancel anytime.
How do I skip a delivery?
Go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Delivery Schedule’ and click "Skip" next to any upcoming delivery. You can skip as many as you like.
How do I add products to my subscription?
From your account, click "Add Product" under Subscriptions to select additional items and schedule them for delivery.
Will my card be charged automatically?
Yes, your payment card will be charged based on your chosen delivery schedule until you cancel your subscription.
