WHAT IS BICARRB?
BICARRB is a sports nutrition product designed to help athletes perform at their best by increasing the body’s natural buffering capacity. Each serving consists of an Energy Mix, which is designed to ensure the sodium bicarbonate can be easily tolerated, and the Bicarb Mix.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During intense exercise, your muscles produce lactic acid. The build up of the acidic H+ ions contributes to fatigue. Sodium bicarbonate acts as a natural buffer, helping maintain optimal pH balance and delaying the onset of muscle burn. Bicarb has been shown to:
- Increases time to exhaustion during high-intensity effort
