Description

Made with comfort and ease of use in mind, each protector secures effortlessly to the skin, staying in place throughout your session. Their low-profile design means they’re unnoticeable under clothing, and the breathable material helps reduce any build-up of sweat or discomfort during prolonged efforts.

Ideal for use under performance tops or race kits, they’re especially useful when conditions such as rain, wind, or sweat increase the risk of skin irritation. The 10-pair pack ensures you’re well stocked for multiple runs, training blocks or race weekends.

Part of Ronhill’s extensive range of running essentials, these nipple protectors reflect the brand’s dedication to supporting runners with simple but effective solutions that make a real difference to comfort and performance.

How does it work

Ronhill’s Nipple Protectors act as a physical barrier between your skin and clothing, reducing friction that leads to chafing and soreness. Their flat, lightweight construction keeps them subtle under even the closest-fitting technical tops. Once applied, they stay securely in place thanks to a gentle adhesive backing that doesn’t irritate the skin, allowing you to run in comfort without distraction.

The pack of 10 pairs makes them a convenient and cost-effective choice for regular use or race-day preparation.

About Ronhill

Dr Ron Hill MBE founded the brand in September 1970, five months after becoming the first Briton to win the Boston Marathon in a record time of 2:10:30. His sole purpose: to produce kit that kept him winning.

Dr Ron gained a PhD in Textile Chemistry, from the University of Manchester and through alchemy and his art as a runner, began to rethink the fly-by-night running kit of the time. After winning the Commonwealth Games in 1970 he developed the ‘side-split short’ which famously become the Freedom Short and the Mesh Vest - both having accompanied him to his greatest victories on the road.

Ronhill is proud of our founder and the heritage he has allowed. His lifelong passion of running and improvement is shared within the team and products we produce today. With 50 years of retrospect, Ronhill has benefited from the experiential learning and change that has occurred within running – from its sporting roots, to a lifestyle and universal culture.

Our purpose now is to make a better future for today’s runner by sustainably developing the elements of our past.
