Squeezing the most I can out of life. Runner for the past 25 years I moved up to ultras in 2014 and haven’t looked back as I use these long races to travel the world. I will run on the road, trails and in the mountains from 5km to 100 miles. I work as a sports physiotherapist and specialise in treating runners but also treat everyone!

My name is Andy and I am a keen runner based in the Forest of Dean, UK! My passions are the 10k right up to the marathon and I am targeting the London Marathon 2024 after submitting my GFA time, which I achieved at the Newport Marathon 2023.

Hi I’m Sam and I started my running journey just before Covid lockdown as a new fitness challenge to myself. Since then I have completed a few marathons and more recently stepped into the ultra world.

I’m 41 years young, I’ve been ambitiously running since 2019 when I was 120kg and decided to make some lifestyle changes. Since then I have lost more than 30KG. I’ve also be sober since January 2020.
