How To Use:

Use 1 x :HYDRATE the day before, and then 1 x :HYDRATE the morning of your race. During your race, use the following plan:
- BIKE: 1 x :SPEED
- RUN: 1 x :JET FUEL
- POST: 1 x :REPAIR
Middle Distance Guidelines
Use 1 x :HYDRATE the day before, and then 1 x :HYDRATE the morning of your race. During your race, use the following plan:
- BIKE: 3 x :GO FAR (1 per hour) + 1 x :SPEED in the last hour
- RUN: 1 x :SPEED (in the first 10k) + 1 x :JET FUEL (last 10k)
- POST: 1 x :REPAIR
Long Distance Guidelines

- BIKE: 6 x :GO FAR (1 per hour) + 1 x :SPEED in the last hour
