DOSING GUIDELINES
The Marathon Pack offers everything marathon runners need for optimal performance and recovery. This pack includes 6 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shots, 4 x Beet IT Regen Cherry+ Shots and 8 x Beet IT Top Up 100 Gels (only in full pack), giving runners the flexibility to choose between a 6-day or a 3-day plan, see below.
6-DAY PLAN
Consume 1 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shot, two to three hours before exercise, and up to six days before competition. This can help to reduce the oxygen cost of exercise, meaning the muscles need less oxygen to maintain a given work rate, thereby improving exercise efficiency, fatigue resistance and exercise performance.
During your race, consume 1 x Beet IT Top Up 100 Gel every 30-minutes.
Consume 1 x Beet IT Regen Cherry+ Shot immediately after your race and daily for 3 days thereafter.
3-DAY PLAN
Consume 2 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shot, two to three hours before exercise, and up to six days before competition. This can help to reduce the oxygen cost of exercise, meaning the muscles need less oxygen to maintain a given work rate, thereby improving exercise efficiency, fatigue resistance and exercise performance.
