The Victus IRONMAN 140.2 Pack uses a precise combination of multi-source carbohydrates (glucose/maltodextrin and fructose) to target the body’s dual carbohydrate absorption pathways (SGLT1 and GLUT5). This enables up to 90g of carbohydrate absorption per hour when used in the correct 2:1 ratio, helping avoid GI distress and maintain consistent energy levels. The addition of sodium ensures hydration and electrolyte replenishment during intense efforts.

The system is built around fluid-first fuelling: prioritising drink mixes to deliver both hydration and energy, with gels used to top up to the 90g/hour mark. Post-race, 03 After delivers a full spectrum of nutrients, 33 in total, to support muscular, skeletal, and systemic recovery, ensuring your body bounces back quickly and completely.
