In just a few moments, we'll show you how to transform your go-to performance boosters into enticing, hydrating, and flavour-packed blends that will fuel your body and tantalize your taste buds.

Get ready to elevate your game with the incredible world of sports energy drink recipes!

Energy Smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of your chosen energy drink.
    - We recommend the Mountain Fuel Xtreme Energy Fuel, which has a blackcurrant or tropical flavour, and a RAW flavour to give you the freedom of making any flavour for your smoothie.
  • 150ml of water or a fruit juice.
  • Frozen fruits of your choice.

Recipe:

1. Add all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until it is at your intended consistency.
2. Where necessary, add more of certain ingredients to change the consistency to what you want.
3. Serve your drink and enjoy!

Energy Ice Lollies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of your chosen energy drink.
    - We recommend the OTE Energy Drink which has 3 great flavours to choose from. 
  • 300ml of water. 
  • A handful of sliced fruit (optional). 
  • Ice Lolly Moulds. 

Recipe:

1. Add together your water and a scoop of your energy drink in a shaker. Shake well.
2. Let the drink settle for a few seconds.
3. Meanwhile, add your chosen fruits into your ice lolly moulds.
4. Now distribute your shaken-up energy drink mix evenly into your moulds.
5. Place in your freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
6. Enjoy!
