Do I need a code for runner offers?

Any active runner offers will be shared in your pre-event email or available at race registration. Unless stated, no code is required — discounts and free gifts will apply automatically.

Where can I find event details and race info?

Full race information, including course maps, cut-offs and timings, can be found on each Epic Events race page. Check your event link in the list above for updates.

How many carbs should I aim for per hour?

Most runners perform best between 60–90 g of carbohydrates per hour on longer efforts. Use our Nutrition Calculator to personalise your plan.

What should I do about hydration?

Aim for roughly 500–750 ml of fluid per hour, adjusting for temperature and intensity. Include electrolytes to stay balanced and avoid cramp late in the race.

Should I use caffeine gels?

Caffeine can help delay fatigue and sharpen focus near the end of your run. Test it first in training — most athletes take 75–150 mg before or during longer races.

What’s the best way to recover post-race?

Consume a mix of carbs and protein within 30–60 minutes after finishing. A recovery shake or smoothie works perfectly to kick-start muscle repair and refuelling.
