Directions of Use Get the most out of the products
Energy Water - Add 500 - 700 ml of water, depending on the desired taste. Mix with a shaker or water bottle. Use 15 minutes before your training.
Endurance Water - Short workout (<2 hours): add one sachet to 600ml of water Long workout (>2 hours): add 2 sachets to 1.2 L of water Mix with a shaker of water bottle. Use halfway during your training or workout.
Nutrition Water - Add one sachet of Nutrition Water to 600ml of water. Mix with a shaker of water bottle. Use within 30 minutes after your training, workout or match.
