We aim to deliver next day orders the day after the order was placed, as long as the order was made before the relevant cut off time for this service.

DPD Local is not available on UK Public Holidays.

We are unable to offer the next day delivery service to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or Northern Ireland.  Please use our Fast Delivery Service powered by Royal Mail for these locations.

DPD Local do not deliver to to BFPO and PO Boxes.

With DPD Local 99.8% of next day orders are delivered on time, although, in a small number of cases, delivery can take up to 2 days. If delivery is taking longer than expected, simply hop onto our Live Chat so that we can look into this for you. Postage will be reimbursed on any next day orders that do not arrive on time (excluding the restricted areas aforementioned).

Please note, our Next Day Delivery service may not be available during periods of adverse weather.

Cut-Off - DPD Next Day Delivery

• Monday - Thursday: Cut-Off - 14:00
• Friday & Saturday - 12:00 (Next day delivery excluding weekends)
• Sunday: Cut-Off - 12:00

Fast Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, ordered goods will usually arrive within (1 - 2 working days) Monday - Sunday

Royal Mail Tracked 24® provides a UK-wide next-day* delivery service with online tracking included, so you can keep tabs on your parcel’s progress. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver fast delivery orders the day after the order was placed, as long as the order was made within the relevant cut off time for fast delivery.  99% of next day orders are delivered on time, although in rare circumstances it can take up to 2 days.

Cut-Off - Fast Delivery

UK Small Standard Delivery * - AVAILABLE FOR: England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) ONLY

This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. TRACKING: We only have delivery notification tracking with the Royal Mail 48 service.

UK Standard Delivery  - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. Baskets with a total value (after vouchers and promotional codes are applied) of £30.00 and over will qualify for FREE UK delivery. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

UK FREE Delivery - Baskets with a total value of below £30.00 will incur a delivery charge FREE Delivery to all of the UK on almost every product, as long as your total basket value is greater than £30.00 after discount \ vouchers \ gift cards are applied. (delivery charges are applied to baskets with a total value of less than £30.00). - All FREE Delivery order will be sent via (UK) STANDARD SHIPPING (Royal Mail 48)
