Moonvalley was founded by Emelie Forsberg, Ida Nilsson and Mimmi Kotka – who in addition to being passionate food lovers, are also world class elite athletes who compete and have won some of the biggest trail running races in the world.
The name Moonvalley comes from "Måndalen" in Norway where two of our founders live on a small-scale farm. This is where we get our inspiration, replenish energy, and find creativity for new ideas.

All Moonvalley products are vegan, we want to spread the message that plant-based food can give us all the energy and nutrition we need.
