We're excited to announce that XMiles now offers InPost Lockers as a delivery option, providing you with a flexible and convenient way to receive your nutrition products. Even better, enjoy free InPost delivery on orders over £30.

Why Choose InPost at XMiles?

• Collect on Your Terms: Pick up your parcels at a time and location that suits you, perfect for those with busy schedules or preparing for a race.

• 24/7 Access: Many InPost Lockers are accessible around the clock, allowing you to collect your items whenever it's convenient.

Orders will be collected every weekday at 1pm, orders placed before 12pm in the week will be fulfilled and shipped the same day, and arrive at the locker within 48-hours.

Orders placed during the weekend will be fulfilled and shipped on the Monday collection, for delivery to locker within 48-hours.

How to Collect with InPost:

1. Select InPost at Checkout: Choose InPost as your delivery method when placing your order on the XMiles website.

2. Notification of Arrival: Once your parcel arrives at your chosen locker, you'll receive an email and text notification from InPost containing a QR code and a collection code.

3. Collecting Your Parcel:

   • At the Locker: Visit the locker location, scan your QR code at the machine, or enter your mobile number and collection code. The locker door will open automatically, allowing you to retrieve your parcel.
   • Using the InPost App: For a contactless experience, use the InPost app to open the locker remotely.
   • At an InPost Shop: If your parcel is delivered to an InPost partner shop, present your QR code to the staff member, who will assist you in collecting your parcel.

Collection Timeframe:

You have three days to collect your parcel after it has been delivered to your selected locker. InPost will send a reminder notification when you have 24 hours remaining. If you're unable to collect it within this period, consider sharing your QR code or collection code with a trusted friend or family member to collect it on your behalf.

Tracking Your Parcel:

Keep track of your parcel's journey using the InPost app or by following the tracking link provided in the email notification.
