2. No Additional Import Duty for Orders up to €150: We understand that import duties can be a hassle, but fret not! For orders up to €150.00, we've got you covered. There won't be any additional import duty to worry about.

3. Faster Delivery Times: Nobody likes waiting forever for their goodies to arrive. Our revamped shipping system ensures that your orders will be delivered to you within 2-11 working days. Now that's what we call speedy!

Now, let's talk about Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), a game-changer for smoother VAT payments. Here's what you need to know:

IOSS is a solution designed to manage VAT payment for items imported into the European Union. When you order items with a value up to €150 from us, IOSS takes care of the VAT obligations, making the process seamless and hassle-free for you. However, please note that IOSS doesn't cover customs duties for items exceeding €150.

We're proud to share that XMiles UK Ltd is now registered for IOSS in Ireland, and we've teamed up with Royal Mail, using their International Tracked service to ensure your packages are in safe hands.

For orders valued up to €150, you can check out the shipping prices displayed at the checkout. The price shown includes VAT from the EU buyer on eligible items destined for an EU country. We believe in being transparent with you, so the amount of VAT to be paid by the EU buyer will also be displayed at the checkout.
