The combination of protein, fibre and no added sugar fills you up while keeping calories low – 132 per serving.  Fibre also improves digestion and fibre eaters are at less risk of knee injuries and osteoarthritis. However consuming fibre close to a workout can create issues which is why it’s important to avoid REPLACE within 2 hours of your next training session.
Directions of Use Get the most out of the products

Pour 400ml of water or plant milk into your container. We like oat milk for its thicker texture and eco-friendly credentials (yes you can use milk but we are trying to be planet friendlier!).

Add 1 sachet of REPLACE and blend or shake. Add extra ice for thickness.
