Marathon (4 Month Course)

The marathon focused training course is designed to guide you through your marathon training programme (12 - 16 weeks), setting the foundation for improved nutrition during training, to aid recovery, improve performance and limit the risk of injury.

The course is designed to run over a 4 month period with 5 x 1 on 1 sessions.

Example: London Marathon 2018 (22nd April)

January - April (Sessions 1 - 4 first week of each month, session 5 pre race week)
