Due to COVID and Brexit we are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the UK - Updated 05/11/21
UK Standard Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. Baskets with a total value (before vouchers and promotional codes are applied) of £30.00 and over will qualify for FREE UK delivery.
Fast Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, ordered goods will usually arrive within (1 - 2 working days). Royal Mail Tracked 24 provides a UK-wide next-day delivery service with online tracking included, so you can keep tabs on your parcel’s progress.
All UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked shipping services.
If you change your mind on your purchase, you have a 30 days to return it for a refund or replacement subject to terms below. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, XMiles cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
If your order is damaged in transit please contact us via e-mail team@xmiles.co.uk or CHAT with your order number, a photo of your order / damaged goods.
Your order could be delayed due to an item going out of stock on your order, if this happens we will complete the following;
Contact you via email offering a replacement, refund or part-shipment
Items on back order will be dispatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge
Add the gift card to your shopping basket like any other product, then continue to the checkout to complete your order. You can also buy other products at the same time as buying Gift Cards(s).
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your Gift Card details. You will not receive anything in the post for your voucher.
Gift Cards can be used to purchase any product on the XMiles site*. Select the product(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket. Enter your Gift Card code in the ‘Discount Code’ box on the basket page and then click ‘Apply’. You also don’t have to spend all your Gift Card at once, we keep track of the unused amount for you to redeem on any future order(s).
This offer is valid from the time it is sent to the customer via email.
