We have tried to cover off the most common questions asked about the Monthly Nutrition Box

When will I get my box?

Depending on the option you select on subscription sign-up, you can choose from Monthly, Bi-Monthly & Tri-Monthly subscriptions. Your Box will be shipped as soon as payment is processed on each delivery scheduled date.

What will i get in a box?

Each box will contain 8 products selected by the XMiles team, the items will be a mix of Energy, Recovery and Hydration products from our ranges. The monthly boxes will contain a mix to showcase new products, flavours and customer \ team recommended favourites. 

Will i get the same item twice?

No item will be duplicated within a 6 month period, variations on flavours will occur. XMiles will strive to make each and every box varied with fresh and exciting products.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, you will need to login to your account. Once in your account you will need to open the "Delivery Schedule" tab. Here you will see all upcoming deliveries for your subscription(s). To skip a delivery you just need to click "Skip" to the right of each relevant delivery. 

When will my box arrive?

All monthly boxes are dispatched either same day or next working day. all packs are sent via Royal Mail and will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. SHIPPING & DELIVERY terms are listed on the Customer Services pages.

Subscription boxes will be dispatched following successful payment each month on the same date as the first box ordered.

What box will I get?

You will receive the the monthly box on offer for the month the order is placed. example. A box ordered between 1st-31st October will receive the October Box.

Can i reorder items from the box?

Yes all items in the box will be available via the on-line store as individual items and packs.

How can I pay?

You can either order a one off box or place a subscription order, all subscription orders benefit from a 10% discount.

How are subscription payments taken?

Subscription boxes have the first payment taken when the order is placed, the next payment will be taken on the same date each month of the first order. Payment will be taken each month via your registered debit or credit card ahead of the next box being sent out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime, via your account page. If you cancel after a payment has been taken we will ship out the box you have paid for.

Can the Monthly Nutrition Box be given as a gift?

Yes, when ordering ensure you add the recipient’s name and address in the ‘Shipping’ section at the checkout.

Can i return my box?

In the unlikely case you are unsatisfied with your Monthly Nutrition Box, you can return your box under the terms listed in the RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS section of the Customer Services pages.
