Each TORQ dFND ULTRA tablet contains 4,000iu Vitamin D3 and 15.6mg Zinc at a potent 2000% and 156% of daily reference values respectively. Research has demonstrated that an ultra-high dose of Vitamin D3 over a period of 60-90 days is sufficient to raise Vitamin D levels within the body to a desirable healthy position. These levels can then be maintained using a lower Vitamin D3 dose, which can be supplied via our one-a-day blue label dFND product.

Both TORQ dFND ULTRA and TORQ dFND contain the same potent supply of Zinc enabling you to move seamlessly from the initial 90-day course to an ongoing maintenance schedule. There are no benefits to be gained from elevating Zinc intake during the initial Vitamin D3 loading period.

As well as supporting the normal functioning of the immune system, Vitamin D3 also helps to maintain normal bone and muscle function and Zinc, the maintenance of normal skin, hair & nails.

Both of these nutrients have been found to be deficient in the human body with Vitamin D being at lower levels in the winter months in particular and Zinc deficiency especially common in those following a vegetarian or vegan diet.
