IS MULEBAR SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?

Mulebar are Vegan Society approved. All Mulebar products are Certified Vegan apart from their Salted Caramel Energy Gel and Refill Bottle which is NOT vegan as the recipe contains small quantities of milk.

There is no wheat in any Mulebar products, however their Energy Bars and Protein Bars are not gluten free as they contain either oats or barley flour. Check products and flavours individually for their ingredients list.

DO MULEBAR ENERGY BARS CONTAIN NUTS?

Yes, some of them do and can be easily identified by the flavour name such as Mango Cashew. The nut-free flavours include:

  • Apple Raisin Cinnamon
  • Chocolate Orange
  • Pineapple Coconut
  • Raspberry Blackcurrant Cranberry
  • Coconut Liquorice
  • Lemon Ginger
  • Tomato Rosemary

HOW DO I USE THE REFILL GEL BOTTLES?

The Refill Gel Bottles come in a 444g bottle that gives 12 single gel servings of 37g which can be emptied into their silicone gel flasks. The 37g Energy Gels can be washed out after use and refilled using the Refill Gel Bottles. One 37g serving can also be mixed with 500ml of water to create an energy drink.

HAVE THE MULEBAR ENERGY KICKS BEEN DISCONTINUED?

Not quite. The Mulebar Kicks Energy Gels have the same great taste as the new Mulebar Energy Gels, just with a different name and look:

  • Apple Strudel is now Apple
  • Cherry Bomb is now Cherry
  • Lemon Zinger is now Lemon Ginger
  • Café Cortado is now Coffee
