A message from us | XMiles COVID-19 Update

A message from our founder Anthony to all our valued customers;

Firstly I would like to thank you all for your custom, loyalty and support in these difficult times.  The team at XMiles are working hard to try to keep any disruptions to a minimum and are working with suppliers and partners to ensure we have the products you need during these coming months.

Our priority is the well-being of our customers, staff and partners. In line with UK government advice regarding COVID-19, we are committed to doing everything we can to keep everyone who works and shops with us safe, whilst still supporting them to get outside and doing the what they love as much as possible.

Wimborne Store Update - September

The Wimborne store will be open re-opening Saturdays in September

Opening Times:

Monday - Friday | 10:00 - 16:00
Saturday | 12:00 - 14:00

From Friday 24th July as per government guidelines face-masks will need to be worn in store.  We have three types of face-mask available for purchase if required.

In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pick-up available - Order on-line and Pick-Up in-store

We are offering Click & Collect - In-Store pick-up at checkout. Selecting pick-up tab at the shipping menu during checkout you will give you the option to collect in-store and remove all postage charges - An e-mail will be sent when your order is ready to collect in store opening hours.


We will still be operating a full on-line store.  Our website is trading as usual. Our UK deliveries partner (Royal Mail) will be restricting physical contact for your safety and theirs but currently we are expecting no derogation in service and delivery times for our Tracked 24 & 48 shipping services. Our warehouse and customer service teams are working around the clock to keep things moving and prevent any delay to orders, but please bear with us as the situation develops and more measures are introduced to help protect our customers, staff and partners. Finally, we believe that people are happier when they are doing something they love and enjoying the great outdoors, more now than ever. So we encourage everyone to following the guidance from our Government and Health and Safety professionals, enjoy your training and exercise safely, set yourself goals and enjoy those solo adventures.

We’ll be staying in touch with any updates or changes but most importantly, will continue to work on providing content via our blog to keep you motivated and inspired, to keep training and enjoying the outdoors.
